I am new to real estate investing and but I am hungry to learn. My why: financial independence so I never have to work for a boss that I don't agree with or like. Oh and getting paid to get passive income wouldn't be too bad either.

I am very new to the real estate industry. I want to learn as much information on, house hacking, fix and flip and rehabbing and holding property. My goal is to have 2 multifamily and 1 commercial(storefront with apartment above) for passive income. Keeping my fingers crossed.
