I have a small three bedroom in Scotland uk which I am in the process of developing into a holiday home rental. I'm very interested in this type of investment. I'd like to flip homes in other countries in America.

I work in commercial construction consulting and project managing by day and by night I am a father to two young girls and husband to a fantastic wife. AND by midday, I have rental properties. All SFH. All holds. Some in MI and some in SC.
