I am going for my real estate license in Nevada. I am a carpenter by trade and I want to do alot of the fixing of the properties myself but I also want to know the real estate portion of it so I can be a jack of all trades. I am starting to build furniture and just want to fortify my mind and habits to grow a successful business.
