I attended a Nick Vertucci seminar on Saturday. It is more money than I am willing/able to pay, to train with his academy.
I am very interested in creating income by real estate investment. I have made money in real estate in the past. I believe I have the necessary attributes to continue succeeding if I were to get involved again.
