I always believed that real estate was some thing i preferred to do because of it's vasts opportunities but never had the time,knowledge or resource.

I'm 28, working at a Cooperative Electric company in dispatch/system operations. Currently working on my Real Estate License and am planning to make a career change within the next 6 months or so and work as a real estate agent in East Texas full time, and start looking into acquiring rental properties and flips.
