I am an experienced contractor, and am interested in investment properties to rehab and flip, and also for rental properties. I plan to use rentals as a large part of my retirement income.
I've been working in the computer industry for a few years now and I need to get out. Is real estate the answer, not sure, but it's something I'm really interested in. My plan is to start with beach condos and I'm currently learning and saving money towards my first investment.
