I am a Realtor with Weichert Realtors, Premier Properties in Tacoma, Washington. I also am a general contractor; my company is LaRue Design, LLC, and we specialize in remodeling and design. My goal is to invest in distressed properties, make them pretty and habitable and then sell at a profit.
