Used to have several low end rental properties in St Petersburg, Fl but got out the the market due to regular job. Now wanting to get back in. Have purchased one house and will start to rehab in a month or so. Goal is to have several properties for income.

I'm focused in lease option deals, worked with wholesaling previously, and still interested in getting help and advice with wholesaling, short sales, and tax liens.
