I am fairly new to real estate investing. My parents have done it for years and I am now interested in doing the same. In the first home I owned, I lived in it and flipped it over a 2 year period. I made over $180,000. I am hoping to get into real estate more now, building a portfolio and acquiring homes that will pay for themselves!
