I just started buying rental property to hold on my own this year. I’ve acquired my first two single family double wide mobile homes and have them rented. I’m actively searching for more. I use a local bank but at commercial property lending rates which is higher (6 to 8%) but no out of pocket cost. I actually cash in 8K on the first loan....
