I'm new to real estate. I'm looking for complete my first investment. I found a potential duplex to house hack. I've been networking with professionals and listening to books to increase knowledge and decide on whether to make an offer.
I started by purchasing a remotely located SFH and managed the entire renovation and had it rented out within 1 month of completion. Then, I realized that this plan wouldn't scale very well so I transitioned to pursuing large apartment buildings. I'm currently an owner of 550+ units and always looking to add more.
