My husband and I own several properties in Chicago and Orlando. We own some condos and town homes, as well as one 6 unit apartment building. I would like to branch out into more multi-family units in Chicago, perhaps even some that need cosmetic improvements. My goal is to own at least 5 more properties in the next 5 years.
I'm employed full-time with Southwest Airlines and work 60+ hours a week seeking a supplemental source of income. I am taking Construction Management classes as well as carpentry classes in hopes to understand the construction part of Property Investment and do some work myself.
I am a TReal Estate Investor who is very motivated to do some deals and who is also willing to learn more and more about the real estate markets.
