Hello. I am a Registered Nurse full-time but have had a little success with real estate. We have purchased approximately 5 properties, fixed them up and sold them for a profit. We also have 8 rentals in the KC area. I have done 1 successful short sale. I would like to find and do more light rehabbing and short sales. Thank you!!
