I have always been interested in real estate and especially intrigued by house flipping, though I have never bought investment property. I have learned a lot renovating our 1920s cottage, and would like to look into using my skills in the real estate market.
I am a single mother to 4 beautiful children who are not all children anymore I suppose. 3 boys and 1 girl 19, 18, 16, and 15. I was previously involved in home remodelling and rpair with my childrens father. We owned a small family owned remodelling and construction business.
I have had three rental properties at one time. Now I only have one it's a garage apartment connected to my personal home. Sold two rentals over the last two years. Looking to cash in those sales to buy bigger and better flips and rentals.
