Interested in learning about leasing with option to buy and other investing opportunities
I currently work in the financial industry in risk management. I have been investing in US real estate as a part time investor for the last three years in multi units. I am currently looking to flip single family homes in Texas, Florida and Georgia and i'm seeking a hard money lender who lends in multiple states to non US residents.
i graduated as an architect and worked this area for several, watching others make more than i. So i get a brokers license and
sold new homes and designed them as well. I have designed and built homes iin my community.
So my new goals are to become a buy and hold investor.
I am relatively new to the Real Estate Investing and I am currently working on building my team and a sound and strong
BUYER'S LIST.
