Complete newb when it comes to real estate, but I'm looking for a change in lifestyle. I'd like to not work for someone else anymore, and actually have vacations.

I am a salon manager with ambitions of growing my real estate portfolio. I currently have 2 single family rentals and am looking to purchase a multi family in the next few months. I intend to use the multi unit as a house hack.
