I will be 45 this year, and I am seeking investment opportunities. At this moment, my cash is tied up where there is not a possibility of investing it. Therefore, the no money down or not using my own money is what attracted me to you.
I am just planning for the future and what I'd like to do with some money that I will be getting from inheritance. I have worked in the home improvement field on and off for most of my life and also on the legal side of real estate. So this is something that hopefully will be profitable and in my lane.
