I am a real estate wholesaler in Maryland. I do a massive amount of direct mail and online marketing...I also have a substantial amount of investors I work with that purchase 3-5 houses a month. I am very much interested in creating working relationships with other wholesalers (JV deals) and investors (cash buyers).
