We are looking to see if there are any note buyers located in Texas. We have started a company building small homes and looking to see what is out there for people who have down payments but might not qualify for a conventional loan.

My Name is Keith Collins I've never done a real estate deal other than the purchase of my own home which was a disaster, I just wanted to get in a house, I had no idea that I could use all the things wrong with the house to negotiate a better price, talk the seller down. But I learned from that mistake. I k now better now
