I started in the real estate investing world back in 1973. Got out in 1978 due to lack of experience. Got back in in 1988 and have been in it ever since.
I have fixed and flipped, bought foreclosures, held rentals and still do. Now I am moving into the multi-family market by acquiring my first 8 unit.
