I own/self-manage 5 properties - 2 in Portland and 4 in the Sac area. I buy one per year and my next purchases will be in Charlotte and Austin. My personal goal has been 10 properties by 35 and I'm well on track for that! :)
I work for a property management company. I would like to buy a property then rent it for passive income.
I am a retired manager. I did successfully did 6 house flips and 2 four flats while working. I am interested in restarting this as a full time business. I need to be concerned about cash flow and operating money now that I am retired. I currently have a home and a rental house.
