My first home was a 2 unit I bought in 1990. I lived in one and rented the other. It was in a section of town that was loosing property value, and I was a poor property manager. Overall it was a poor experience, but I learned a lot.
Now several years later in a different state, and at a different stage of life I am thinking about it...
