I have a multi family investment property, I have held for 4 years. I am in the process of looking for a larger commercial investment property (approx. 7-20 units) or other real estate projects of value.

I m originally from Ontario Canada and moved to Alberta for work in the trades (electrical apprenticeship). Im finishing my apprenticeship while setting myself up for investing in real estate to increase my monthly income by renting properties.
