I am fairly new to real estate investing, secured my first property in March 2021 and have a 2nd on the way (May 2021). I have a business partner who is 50% owner of our rentals and we are looking to grow to over 1 mil portfolio in 5 yrs.
We are mostly interested in BRRR strategy but not opposed to flips if the right property came...
