I am from Hawaii living in California and took a seminar on flipping and wholesaling properties. Bigger Pockets was brought up as a good source to join for this.

Ive been through the selling process a few times, and received the asking price both times with negotiation, skills. Real estate has always intrigued me. So I'm thinking about taking the extra steps, to receive my real estate license.
