My husband, David, and I have recently retired. Our IRA investments are naturally going nowhere at this time. We are looking for a way to add to our base so it will last "forever".

I am in the state of Virginia. I find that the water and sewage fees are exceeding any reasonable amount.
I would like to find a reputable company to discuss the instilation of indivadual meters for each tenant. Perhaps the reading and collection of costs to the city.
