i have recently been forced into bankruptsy after residing in my home and raising my 4 children alone for 30 yrs. next step is forclosure even though my home is worth more than i owe..it appears i no longer have a choice..I filed bankruptsy june 24..and basically wondering how long i have to vacate and what will happen to what i cannot take...
