I'm 44 years old. Im a Foreman for an excavation company. Own 1 rental home now. Had my real estate license when I was in my early 20's and built and sold 3 spec homes. Had too much too fast for my age and lost it all. Been a long road back. Have wanted to be successful in real estate since I was a kid.
