My wife and I wanted to get into real estate so we decided to flip a house. We bought it for cash and put way to much into it to sell for a profit. We now live in the home debt free and want to try again in real estate.

I have no experience in real estate however I have heard a lot about different ways to invest. Now that I have a more in depth understanding of real estate and how to properly invest in real estate I believe I will be the next person in my family to become financially free.
