I am a semi-experienced Investor and very experienced Lender (Over a quarter $billion funded) I lend "Softer than Hard" Money to borrowers with good to great credit and hard or impossible to verify income. With the onset of Dodd/Frank and now TRID I prefer to work with Professional investors.
