Hi Everyone, I'm interested in pursuing single family real estate investing again (buy/hold and Buy/sell) after a long absence from the industry.
I have no experience in real estate but, would like to diversify my retirement portfolio with some rental properties.
I own several Insurance agencies and have re invested all i could into several mobile home parks, 43 apartments and 35 houses, Im 43 and planning on accelarating my growth!
I am originally Canadian and live as a permanent resident in NY. Obtaining my citizenship in 2015. I am married with a 3 yr old son. Avid interest in real estate and learning all I can in flipping and buying rentals
Due to medical conditions, I need to expand and change my investment strategy. I've worked construction and factory maintenance all my life and have enjoyed building and housing construction for years. My son is also involved in the investing and we are going to work as a team.
