Hello- Newbie here, Susan Lawson from Portland Oregon. I have been a REI owning several buy and holds over the years. I want to start flipping properties, something I have always thought I would enjoy. Since the Portland market has more than recovered my biggest challenge is having enough cash to do the deal.
I am 24, and currently debt free. My fiancé has a paid for tow home that I will move into within the next year, once we get married. My plan is to first save up for a bigger house, and then turn the townhome into a rental.
I am getting into wholesaling with my wife in Fort Worth, TX. Many things triggered me into looking into it such as Phil Pustejovsky, Gary Kellers Millionaire Real Estate Investor, Robert Kiyosaki, and other investment resources available.
