I grew up in retail. 25 years in that trade with 15 of that in management. 7 of those 15 were leading my own store and team for that company (Walgreens).
For the last 2 plus years I have been an HVAC apprentice.
I want to live a simple life on my own terms and I believe real estate is a way to do that.
