Hi! I'm in the Air Force full time right now. I own a condo in Nebraska that I've rented out since 2013 and want to learn more about real estate investing. I'm primarily interested in buy-and-hold, but wouldn't mind doing a wholesale or flipping deal to raise more capital for future deals. I look forward to joining this community!
