I'm a self motivated person who knows there's more to life then getting up at 6am and getting off work at 7pm 5 days a week. I've always allowed fear to dictate the decisions I make but, that STOPS NOW!!! I have a wife and three kids who depend on me to lead them. Stepping out on FAITH starts now.

I have been buying single-family homes (house hacking) for years. I had a LIBOR on one of my properties and faithfully paid above interest. I realized in the case of sub-prime or pick & pay mortgages most don't have the discipline and the market was likely going to take a turn. I sold all of my real-estate in 2007 and put the money aside...
