I'm a 25 yr old new real estate investor currently house hacking a duplex. I manage it myself.
My goal in life is to have the flexibility to pursue what I want, and I know real estate can give me the financial freedom to do so.
I'm interested in finding deals in single family and small multifamily homes.

My wife and I operate 5 early 1900's apartments in Seattle. We also have 2 single family homes that are rentals. I have flipped one home about 10 years ago, before apartments. Looking to build a team to flip homes within the next year.
