Fairly new to real estate investing. Interested in long term buy & holds, and property flips.
I am a former real estate agent from MA. Looking for guidance on the best way to invest in my first deal. I have read several books on real estate, including Brandon's but had never pulled the trigger for one reason or another.
I currently fix and flip 4-6 properties each year. I also own and operate a roofing, gutter, and fence contracting company and have several active property investors as clients. Part time I perform property analysis inspections for hard money lenders. My current goals are to expand my rental portfolio to 5-10 units.
