Somewhat new to REI. I have completed 3 Rehabs on my own with somewhat success. I am looking at getting more experience by doing more rehabs while surrounding myself with successful REI.
Hello everyone. I just got my degree in Finance and Real Estate Finance and Development from UTSA here in San Antonio Texas. I've enjoyed my classes in Real Estate and would like to get started with a career in Real Estate finance.

I am a buy and hold investor currently living in NYC. My real estate experience spans both residential and commercial in NH but am looking to expand my buy and hold efforts into other smaller city markets in the eastern U.S. such as Charlotte or possibly Florida.
