Began the real estate investment journey house hacking every few years like many and then transitioned to more active investing. Currently have a portfolio of SFH, STR/Corporate Rentals, residential MFH and small commerical MFH with a focus in AL and TN markets. Currently expanding to larger MFH and new construction assets.
