I did a few deals before the market crash. I am looking to get back in an earn a living in this field. I currently own 4 rentals and am looking to flip a few houses before I retire.

I have worked in construction for 25 years. I own a few rental homes and have flipped a few homes. Entering the market at the height was a bad start, although I managed to get through it with out losing any properties and stayed current on all my obligations. I am interested in preparing myself for retirement via real estate investing.
