I am just getting started and looking to invest PM in a BRRRR deal in Detroit. I also want to explore ways to support and contribute to the community. While I will be a remote investor I have a daughter who will be attending college in MI this fall.
I’m an electrician living in Anchorage, Alaska, trying to make rental properties my future. I have recently bought a fourplex and I am in the process of house hacking, tearing apart and building back up each unit as I live in it and renting it out after. Currently looking for my next move.
