I’m 25 and interested in learning all things real estate. I’m currently saving for my first home purchase, but also considering seller financing. I’m new to real estate investing and would appreciate any help or advice provided.
Was a new homes salesperson during the boom, but have since gone into resale, focusing on short sales. Have found a group that I'm currently working within to purchase and flip short sales, though the process is pretty time consuming and lead generating is harder than I would've thought it should be in the current real estate recession.
