I live in Sweetwater, TN with my husband and 2 dogs. I am the manager of my husband's Handyman Business. I have been interested in real estate investing for years, but just have not found the right education resources yet to help me get started. Looking for a local mentor that might be willing to help me learn.
My husband and I own several properties in Chicago and Orlando. We own some condos and town homes, as well as one 6 unit apartment building. I would like to branch out into more multi-family units in Chicago, perhaps even some that need cosmetic improvements. My goal is to own at least 5 more properties in the next 5 years.
