My name is Erin. I am currently looking into becoming a real estate investor but have no prior experience. I have been interested in the field for quite some time, but never had the time or the money to pursue a career in it. I have worked in the medical field for about ten years, but am now ready to shift gears and chase another dream.
I have been investing and flipping properties since 2001. I have done 15 successful property flips since then, and I have currently been working on obtaining rental properties to hold and possibly flip at a later date. I am currently looking for an avenue of obtaining a financier to continue with growing this business.
