New to real estate investing. I've been running my software development agency toldmedia.com for the last 3 years. After growing revenue to 7 figures i'm looking to get into real estate investing.
My husband, Dean, and I own 6 SF rentals south of Austin, Texas. He is a realtor and does an awesome job managing our rentals. I'm still in a good W2 job in tech which keeps our insurance and allows us to buy more rentals using traditional financing.
