My wife & I started our small real estate development company in 2014. Our focus thus far has been purchasing, renovating & leasing lakefront vacation properties at the "higher" end of the market. Not $10,000 a night properties lol ... But 8,000 - $10,000 a week.
We currently have three of these lakefront vacation properties...
Tired of working for someone else, and wanting to retire within 10 years. I can do a majority of fixing homes myself, and feel resourseful in finding other means to afford home fix up.....want to do something else!
