I purchase my first 2 family house. I also own a condo in a nice area which I rent out.

Hello all,
I am a newcomer to the world of real estate and based in the greater St. Louis, Mo area. I am a married father of 2, and I work full time in a metal fabrication shop. I want to get into real estate to first supplement my income, and eventually transition into a full time investor.
