Looking to diversify my long term financial portfolio.
I am an experienced real estate agent and investor.
We (my husband and I ) are new to real estate investing and am looking to start in wholesaling and flipping with eventual plans to purchase buy and holds. I am also in the process of obtaining my real estate license over the next few months.

I work a full-time sales job and spend the rest of my time on my rentals while learning about real estate investing. All while spending quality time with my 2 dogs.
I'm 35 and new to real estate investing. I currently own two rental properties as part of a four partner LLC. We will be expanding our portfolio based on a predefined business plan and systematic evaluation of properties.
