looking for investors to buy wholesale properties
I have done one wholesale deal with a partner who did the deal, took the money, and I learned nothing. Since reading the blogs on how to get started, I have done the beginning steps(direct mail, concentrating on specific areas to find motivated sellers), I need to expand myself to use social media more, but do not know how. I am currently a student at Central Michigan University where I am obtaining my major in Accounting with minors in Real Estate and Economics. I plan to then continue on to get my masters in accounting and specialize in taxes. After obtaining my CPA and possibly CMA, I will specialize in real estate taxation and individual taxes on the side.
