New mama, investor, long-distance property manager, investment support coordinator at Open Door Capital. My husband and I self-manage 4 single-family rentals in the Houston area and recently purchased our first triplex in Wyoming. We are testing the short-term rental waters with 2 AirBnB units in 2022.
